"The family group travelling included three senior women all of us going to an event. We arranged to meet at one place to wait for the Minibus. We saw the Minibus pull in our Driver was welcoming, arrived perfectly parking safely with ease, helping us all into the Minibus and offering direction on who should sit in each row. Care was taken to ensure that seat-belts were used. We left exactly on time. The Minibus was soon warm and very comfortable. The journey took about the time predicted and we all felt safe and cared for. The driver set out a little step for everyone to alight more easily, also attended to assisting each of us. We came out on time to see our Driver recognise us, getting out of his seat to get the step and put it into place, then help us in. We were given the same care and attention, with further regard to seat-belts as before, then delivered safely, once again the step used to let us all out easily. We thanked the driver for his attention giving him the tip that you suggested. Thank you very much for your role in this."
