"I was very impressed with the early communication from the driver, arranging a specific collection point at the station. He was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and luxurious. My Mum has some mobility issues and he negotiated with the Chelsea flower show stewards to find the best possible place to drop us so that she had the shortest walk to the show. This required some extra driving through tricky traffic but he was determined to make this work for us. He was friendly and kind and this made such a difference to our day. Thank you."
