"We struggled to contact our driver when we landed 30 mins early, which makes you stress when he had already text that he was there , so we thought he had left ... after the stress of calling every number on the email and no one answering and the driver not answering we finally got a call at 9 which was our original pick up time that he was outside! Got there in the end but hard at the time after a 10 hr flight when your over tired and can’t think straight .... end of story was we got picked up by requested time and driver was polite ."

We are not familiar with the station in ashford - therefor did not know that there is a second entrance. The driver did not open the passengers doors even not the rare door for the luggage. A maximum of unpolitness. "

"Drivers arrived on time. That's about the only positive aspect I can remember. We had expected a Mercedes Viano as per the booking (paid a little extra for a larger vehicle as this was a special occasion), but the vans used were cramped and uncomfortable with only 6 seats, 3 of which were tip-up. The outbound taxi had music on at full blast in the passenger section and the driver was totally uninterested in us. Meet and greet? He didn't even know where we were going. We had to bang on the glass and ask for the music to be turned down. We were then driven at breakneck speed to the destination. The return journey was nothing short of terrifying, we were hurtled around windy, wet roads, and on two occasions overtaking manoeuvres were made that were nothing short of reckless. As the event organiser I was highly embarrassed to have subjected my guests to such an experience. I had expected something better for the price. £120 to travel 25 miles with no regard to curtesy, comfort or safety. Needless to say I will not be using this service again."
